This is a quantitative development role wherein we are looking to convert Matlab scripts to Python.
- Strong knowledge of Python and its libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
- Understanding of multithreading and multiprocessing
- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Exposure to XML and JSON
- Good knowledge of database structures and ETL processes. Exposure to MS SQL is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of agile software development life cycle, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments and testing
