Your team responsibilities

The ESG marketing team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy and campaigns to support MSCI's ambitious ESG and climate growth objectives. The marketing organization at MSCI is a dynamic and fastgrowing global function responsible for marketing and communicating our solutions and services to the world's investors to help them build better portfolios.
The role of Analyst, ESG & Climate Marketing, sits at the intersection of the ESG and Marketing teams and is pivotal in accelerating our ESG & climate solutions business, with a focus on regional Europe, Middle East and Africa priorities as well as global campaigns.
This is a highly collaborative role with great opportunity for impact, working across the ESG business, and with members of the marketing team in PR, content, design, digital, events, and product. MSCI ESG is an established player in the field, pushing the envelope on investordriven solutions, standardsetting, transparency, and research across asset classes. We are looking for an actionoriented marketing professional with a passion for building a sustainable future to jump into a fastpaced, high growth team setting the standard for ESG & Climate investing.
The Analyst, ESG & Climate Marketing, will report into the Head of ESG & Climate Marketing for the EMEA within the MSCI product marketing team.

Your key responsibilities

Work collaboratively to deliver marketing campaigns, from vision to strategy and execution, including success metrics and audience / segment targeting
Understand the regional priorities of sales and account management teams across EMEA and establish strong working relationships with these teams to successfully address their needs
Collaborate with our events team to building innovative digital and in person events representing both local needs and global priorities
Assist with creating an engaging social media programme in a strategic and consistent manner to engage with our various audiences
Track and report on campaign success, including awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics
Successfully project manage campaign deliverables crossfunctionally at the firm and with external agencies and developers where necessary
Coordinate and oversee regular maintenance and updates of ESG & Climate evergreen collateral, pitchbooks, factsheets, and brochures
Stratify and respond to requests from the client coverage organization and product teams for new clientcentric materials

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field (not essential)
Demonstrated understanding and passion for ESG and Climate investing and/or corporate sustainability, with a preference for marketing experience at a financial institution with a strong ESG integration story
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to effectively manage different projects at the same time
Proven experience in communicating to and managing multiple stakeholders across corporate environments
Excellent program management, administration, and organizational skills to coordinate and influence the different teams globally while embracing and taking ownership of projects
Global awareness and sensitivity in working across time zones and cultures
Understanding of measuring ROI, metrics and ability to report on success of marketing initiatives
