Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and cutting produce, and measuring ingredients according to recipes.

Cooking: Execute basic cooking tasks such as sautéing, grilling, frying, and baking under the supervision of senior chefs.

Station Support: Work on a specific station (e.g., appetizers, salads, grill) as assigned by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipe standards and in a timely manner.

Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area, including equipment, workstations, and storage areas. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.

Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, rotating stock, and keeping track of inventory levels to ensure freshness and minimize waste.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload.

Adherence to Standards: Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency in food quality and appearance. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding food handling, safety, and sanitation.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of food safety principles and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from senior chefs.
  • Physical stamina and endurance to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the job.

Pay:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
