Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
  • Attending customers' queries and complaints as per defined SOP through inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining a fast response time and great quality overall modes of customer communication.
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure customer issues are being flagged and adequately addressed.
  • Coming up with ideas and strategies to increase customer activation, retention, shopping & improving customer experience.
  • Customer Care Representative with Excellent Communication (spoken & written) Skills

Languages:
English, Hindi.

  • Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Must be a self-motivator and self-starter.
  • Focus on quality and customer service.
  • Solid time management skills.
  • Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company.
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).
  • People working in industries like e-Commerce will be given preference.

Pay:
₹12, ₹20,833.33 per month
