Hiring Female Admissions Officer_


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support within Admissions and carry out duties across all of the key areas of the Admissions Office operations
  • Problem solving and making decisions based on admissions policies and procedures, and identifying when to refer enquiries that need escalation
  • Assessing eligibility for admission to courses, including evaluation of qualifications, English language proficiency etc.
  • Ensure all administrative processes are followed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Time management and work load management and attention to detail
  • Provide support to the Management Team as required
  • Ensuring timely and accurate data entry and management and compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Friendly with Microsoft office tools, such as office, excel
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities
- **Shift Time:

  • 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM from Monday to Saturday**_
  • Work from Office_
