Job Title:
Logistics and Procurement Coordinator


Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Logistics and Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics and procurement operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient supply chain flow.

If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for coordinating logistics and procurement functions, then this opportunity could be the perfect match for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotes, and placing orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, oversee stock levels, and facilitate stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate the transportation of goods, manage shipment schedules, track deliveries, and communicate with carriers and warehouses.
  • Create and update records such as purchase orders, invoices, and shipping paperwork.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers, address inquiries, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist in quality control measures to uphold product standards.
  • Enter data into systems, prepare reports, and contribute to performance analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all logistics and procurement processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Prior experience in a logistics or procurement support role is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Reliable and dedicated work ethic.

Salary:
₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
