About Company:
Job Role:
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support the financial team.
Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into internal databases, and reconciling invoices. Must have an Accounting degree and experience in bookkeeping procedures.
Assistant Accountant responsibilities and duties
- Maintain financial records for client companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger.
- Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
- Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
- Assist with daytoday operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Tax experience.
- Experienced in public accounting methods, technical accounting, financial report writing, budgeting, GAAP, and governmental accounting.
Assistant Accountant qualifications and skills
- A Diploma or certificate is required. Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of accounts or economics or finance.
- Attention to detail and good recordkeeping Skills are a must.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience using Excel and other accounting software.
- Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidential requirements.
- Good in bookkeeping, Account reconciliation, accounts receivable, budgeting, Journal entries, Debits, and credits.
- Good in account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
- Good knowledge of Accounting software
- Quick books, Tally, Marg, Intuit QuickBooks, Zoho Books, ProfitBooks, etc.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
