Description

Ensure the proper service network in place to manage claims, Service network onboarding & network correction

Ensure SLA adherence of visit, repair, NPS and assigned as per client & company requirements.
Engage with client for regular claims review.
Monthly reco of claims finance with Service partners.
Manage and ensure repayment from Client as per SLA
Regularly communicate with internal departments to keep yourself updated on systems and processes.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure system needs for service partners & clients have been documented, agreed, built and tested as appropriate, within the required timeframes

Work in conjunction with Legal, Risk & Compliance teams to ensure due diligence processes are adhered to at all times
