Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and provide expert advice on investor relations activities.
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing financial presentations, earnings releases, and other investorrelated collaterals.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and performance metrics to support investor relations activities.
- Assist in IR benchmarking, perception analysis, and other IR activities for client's unique needs and expectations.
- Required to communicate with Capital market participants in effectively promoting client companies' potential.
- Analyze financial data, preparing regular reports and summaries for clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and changes in regulations that may impact client's performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in investor relations, capital markets, financial services, or a related field. Prior experience in client management or consulting roles is advantageous.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in financial databases, market research tools, and Microsoft Office suites.
- Proactive and selfmotivated, with a commitment to delivering highquality services to the client.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be plus.
