Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks_
- _
Oversee staff on a daily basis_
- _
Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness_
- _
Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence_
- _
Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards_
- _
Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job_
- _
Respond to customer complaints and special requests_
- _
Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves_
- _
Participate in large cleaning projects as required_
- _
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas_


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
