JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned territory, including new accounts and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase product awareness and drive sales.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and market trends to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in FMCG sales, with at least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
