The Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for:

Work to LRQA's Global Talent Acquisition process, ensuring all hiring managers are using our recruitment portal and processes effectively and efficiently.
A strong background within an inhouse recruitment role.
Excellent and credible communication style, with the ability to adapt style when necessary.
Experience using Sucess Factors would be beneficial although not essential.
The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
