Location:
Reporting at Mumbai, willing to travel all over India at all Project sites


Responsibilities:


  • Studying & Understanding BOQ & DWG Items and making statement of variation.
  • Preparing and maintaining Materials tracking list
  • Reconciliation of Material used at site in comparison to supply
  • Vendor's measurement & bill checking & certifying on site
  • Communicating with site team for billing purpose
  • Vendor's bill tracking list

Requirements:


  • Proven working experience in Interior spaces
  • Communication and hands on Ms-Excel and Software skills like tally
  • Experience required 0 to 5 years in similar industry

Pay:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
