Description

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Food Delivery App users (Czech Republic based).

This includes resolving customer queries and issues, providing information and support, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide information and support to customers
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Work with other teams to improve the customer experience
  • Stay uptodate on products and services

Note:


  • Prior experience in customer support within Food delivery apps will be an advantage.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
