Primary Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling
Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting and selling company products or services to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records and reports

Profile Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
