The incumbent is expected to work in the HR department in following areas


Looking for minimum of 2 Year's of experience in Talent Acquisition of Junior to middle management executive in Tech/ Services Or Automotive Domain.

In incumbent will be responsible for following

a. Co-ordinate with Department Heads to Identifying the manpower and talent gaps

b. Acquisition of Talent within defined timelines and budget using Job Portal/ LinkedIn and other commonly available platforms

c. On-Boarding and Off-Boarding of Employees

d. Talent Management and upgradation.


Pay:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
