Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Technical Support, and Analytical Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with customers from diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • Proven track record of ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
  • Experience in the logistics and transportation industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
