Purpose of Role:

The present era is an era of Information Technology (IT), and Udayan Care does recognize the importance of the IT skill set and soft skills in the technology-driven world.

We planted our roots in the IT field in 2004 and have been growing at a consistent pace since then.

We currently have 21 centres in 6 states, and our IT centres have equipped over 25,617 students as of Oct 2023.

To serve as Trainer, responsibilities are directly aligned to ensure the upliftment of those youth who come from deprived sections of society and are looking for a platform where they can attend a specific skill-set training that will enable them to grab a job opportunity to sustain their livelihood.

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mobile Repair Trainer to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills to succeed in the mobile repair industry.

As a Mobile Repair Trainer, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, providing hands-on instruction, and guiding trainees through the process of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices.

Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in preparing our trainees to become proficient mobile repair technicians and secure employment opportunities in this growing field.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive broadband technician training programs aligned with industry standards and best practices.
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, incorporating a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Provide handson instruction, guiding trainees through the process of installing, configuring, and maintaining broadband networks, including fiber optic cables, coaxial cables, and wireless technologies.
Utilize industrystandard tools and equipment to demonstrate installation techniques, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Assess trainees' progress through practical assessments, evaluations, and case studies, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their skills.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of the latest broadband technologies, installation methods, and troubleshooting techniques.
Prepare and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, visual aids, and presentation decks.
Collaborate with the Vocational Training Manager to ensure the effectiveness of the broadband technician training program and align with overall training objectives.
Contribute to the overall success of the organization's vocational training initiatives and the development of a skilled workforce in the broadband technology sector.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Broadband Technician Trainer or a certified broadband technician with a minimum of 1 years of experience in the industry.
Comprehensive understanding of broadband technologies, including fiber optic, coaxial, and wireless networks, as well as their installation, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to learners from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent teaching skills, with the ability to create engaging and interactive learning environments.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training sessions, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Patience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
Passion for vocational training and a commitment to empowering individuals with employable skills.
Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English are preferred.

Expected Start Date: 01/03/2024

Pay:
₹19, ₹25,000.00 per month
