Position:
Presales Executive


Roles and Responsibility
Ø Responsible for making outbound & Inbound calls and coordination with Sales team, Follow-up with customers for site Visits.

Ø Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner.

Ø Schedule meetings with sales team as per defined process.

Ø Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry trends

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Ø Familiar with CRM & cloud telephony systems and practices

Ø Qualify prospects by understanding their real estate needs and proposing appropriate solutions

Ø Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers.


Qualifications and Skills


Ø Graduate preferred with and 1-3 years of relevant experience in tele sales, inside sales and outbound-sales, or a similar role within the real estate industry.

Ø Proficient in spoken English with proper grammar & fluency

Ø Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ø Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property values, and financing options.

Ø Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.


Working Days:
Six days a week (Including Weekends) will be eligible for a one staggered weekly off during weekdays.


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Delhi, Delhi: Relocate before starting work (required)
