Description

The Role / Responsibilities:

  • Finance support as part of your role, you will work with finance to ensure billing and invoices meet customer requirements and are submitted in a timely manner for contracts across all regions.
  • You will provide ongoing operational support for the client's implementation, including but not limited to Introduction Calls with Sales / Client, Orientation Calls, LMS calls etc. You will work with the Sales and Implementation team to deliver the contracted solution.
  • Support eLearning Blended and VILT/ILT programs Globally you will be part of a global team of training coordinators and will support the team as needed.
  • Sales support you will work with the client and with sales on contract renewals as well as opportunities for business expansion with the client.
  • Exam Support you will work with clients, internal teams & the exam vendor to ensure eligible learners can write their exams.
  • Any other operational matters as they may arise including the ability to streamline processes, automate and reduce costs.
  • Client Support & Relationship Management you will support regional teams in their client relationship management administrative tasks, developing efficiencies in existing processes through automations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (business or finance preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience in client services and training coordination, preferably online training.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry and/or in a training services environment is a definite asset.
  • Experience with learning management systems is a benefit.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI /other Analytics/Reporting tools
  • Previous working knowledge of Sales Force, SharePoint, Ticketing Tools etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent planning, organizational, implementation and followup skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with high volumes of work productively and accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work using own initiative and without close supervision.
  • Act as a coordinator on internal and external projects.
  • Ability to create and document departmental processes.
