Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Manage appointments and scheduling for meetings.
  • Ensure the front office area is organized and presentable.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a front office or administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay:
₹11, ₹14,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
