Description
Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders.
  • Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
  • Document customer problems and inputs in the ticketing system.
  • Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications and skills

  • Experienced having bachelor's degree in any field
  • Min 13 years' experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Added advantage of knowing other languages like Hindi, Kannada.
  • Good comprehension skills
  • Good patience when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Should possess Interpersonal skills.

Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
