Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
Document customer problems and inputs in the ticketing system.
Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications and skills

Experienced having bachelor's degree in any field
Min 13 years' experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Added advantage of knowing other languages like Hindi, Kannada.
Good comprehension skills
Good patience when dealing with difficult customers.
Should possess Interpersonal skills.
