Description
Responsible and Accountable to drive key projects and continuous improvement initiatives for IAS function.

  • Collaborate and Engage with Global IAS leaders in all IAS initiatives.
  • Drive all meetings and capture minutes, open items, and track them to closure.
  • Document decisions in meetings and communicate same to stakeholders.
  • Prepare project plan, status updates & share relevant information to IAS leads and stakeholders regularly
  • Closely monitor the status of the project, delays in milestones are highlighted in calls/review meetings
  • Collaborate with Business SPOCs, Operations leads, and Regional leads to provide innovative solutions for Business challenges

Primary Skills:

  • Strong verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interact at multiple levels within the Capgemini hierarchy.
