Job description
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Visiting Customer on a regular basis.
- Achieving Sales target.
- Handling post ordering activities relating to customer from dispatched to payment.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, and generating leads.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Building good relationship with the Customer.
- Networking Skills.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
