Test Automation Engineer Job Description:
Shell is looking for a highly skilled test automation engineer to design automated tests. Test automation engineers' duties include designing automation scripts in GOLang and finding solutions for automation problems. The automation test engineer should also be committed to develop new skills in order to provide specific solutions for our Big Data Platform.
Test automation engineer should be proficient in programming languages and have excellent time management skills. He or she will be designing and developing test automation scripts by using Automation Guidelines that he/she will set up.
The Test automation engineer will be researching and solving issues in software through (first manual) testing and afterwards creating automated tests that do the same. The test automation Engineer will be collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop the proper solutions for the team's needs.
