    Job Title:
    Chief Data Officer (CDO)

    Reports To:
    Chief Information Officer (CIO)

    Job Brief:

    We are seeking a dynamic Chief Data Officer (CDO) to lead and oversee various data-related functions aimed at optimizing the utilization of data to achieve organizational objectives.


    Main Responsibilities:

    • Design and execute the company's data strategy and roadmap, encompassing data governance, data quality, and data management.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data needs and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
    • Establish a robust data-driven approach to decision-making throughout the organization.
    • Implement data governance frameworks and monitor data quality and integrity.
    • Drive data innovation and analytics initiatives to reveal business insights and opportunities.
    • Utilize modeling techniques to identify, analyze, and present actionable data for informed business decisions.
    • Establish data policies and procedures to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulations.
    • Lead and manage data teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to leverage data for competitive advantage.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven work experience as a CDO or similar senior data leadership role.
    • Strong prior experience in senior leadership roles in data management.
    • Demonstrated track record of driving data-driven decision-making and business insights.
    • In-depth knowledge of data governance, data management, and data analytics.
    • Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to data management.)
