JOB DESCRIPITION FOR SPOKEN ENGLISH TRAINER:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective English spoken training programs tailored to the needs of learners.
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions to improve spoken English skills, emphasizing fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
- Assess the language proficiency of learners and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Stay updated on language training methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques into the training curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to enhance the overall effectiveness of the language training programs.
- Provide timely and detailed feedback to learners on their language performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as an English Spoken Trainer.
- Proficiency in English with a clear and articulate communication style.
- Strong understanding of language teaching methodologies and learning strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Familiarity with language assessment tools and techniques.
- Flexible and adaptive teaching approach to meet diverse learner needs.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
