ABOUT SHOWROOM:


Exotic India is coming up with a one of a kind showroom in Kirti Nagar, spread over 9000 sq ft of retail space.

The showroom enjoys a premium location on the main road, and is expected to enjoy heavy footfalls at the outset.

It will be targeted towards Upper Middle Class and High Net-worth individuals. Products showcased will include Home Décor, Religious and secular statuary, art paintings, and other curated hand-made objects. Prices will range from a few hundred Rupees to several lakhs.


SYNOPSIS OF ROLE:

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to provide high-quality service to our customers. GRE should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations.

GRE should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as she will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers.


Key Skills


Responsible for creating a pleasant experience for the guests by providing excellent services, providing them for pleasant and comfortable tour of Showroom.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible & monitoring the expected bookings and coordinate all arrivals and departure of guests
  • To engage with the customer, understand the customer's requirement targeting customer delight, and direct them to the proper section.
  • Responsible & manage the needs/request of the guests like providing guidance on products and services.
  • Responsible for advice & make sure that the guests are guided properly about services and conditions.
  • Assist in managing the overall Store ambiance through maintenance of displays (E.g., dangler, standee, store decorations, etc.) And supporting the Store to adhere to VM guidelines
  • Responsible for upselling the sales by providing the guests with additional information regarding products and services and close the loop with order and all
  • Responsible for timely resolving guest issues with utmost care/proactive approach and resolving them with appropriate solutions
  • Responsible for review Guest feedback register on regular basis & implement corrective action plan for the same within department and cross functional department
  • Responsible & managing close attention to VIP guests & adhere proper protocol
  • Managing Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly MIS reports
  • Responsible for documenting policies & procedures in the operating systems to achieve greater customer delight
  • Responsible for managing/training guest relation team to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to policies, handling of guests, and providing relevant information.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in hospitality - Hotel Management


Experience
2-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry.


Desirable
Experience in Interior Industry.
