Responsible for Material Management on Project Site.
He should be familiar with material management processes & procedure,
Implement material management system on site including receipt / storage / issue and inventory control.
He should be familiar with all types of materials typically used in Process plants.

DIMENSIONS:

Material Controller will be responsible to Organize Inspection, preservation, and periodic physical stock verification of all the project material received at site.
He should be able to coordinate with Procurement, Quality control and Project management for regular updates on delivery.
He should be able to followup with vendors for on time delivery of items.
He should be able to plan for Storage requirements / space for open / closed warehouse.
He should be familiar with vendors requirements / recommendations of storage and preservation of items equipment's / spares /instruments / valves and specialized items etc.

IV. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
are 10-15 years of working experience in Ware housing, and material Management, functions in EPC organizations.

Should be familiar with various grades of materials for process plant Industry.
Knowledge of Quality System, ISO900
Experienced in the final documentation preparation (dossiers) and handing over of mandatory / maintenance spares.
