Responsibilities

Provide strategic vision and leadership for the study abroad counseling team,Develop and implement longterm plans to enhance the effectiveness and reach of study abroad initiatives.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends, counseling techniques, visa documentation and program knowledge.
Advise students on visa procedures, accommodation options, and other logístical aspects of studying abroad.
Ensure the delivery of highquality counseling services to students, maintaining industry standards and best practices.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, ensuring strategic partnerships and a diverse range of study abroad programs.
Act as a key point of contact for students, parents and partners, addressing concerns and providing expert guidance.
Monitor and take responsibility of each visa lodged by the team.
Stay abreast of global trends in international education, conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
Analyze data related to study abroad trends, success rates, and student satisfaction to inform strategic decisions.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across different organizational units.
