Role and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with your network to source Assessors for the assigned Sector Skills Council
Share the profile of Assessors with the Sector Skills Council and seek approval
Coordinate with the Assessors to reach the venue on the day of assessments
Ensure efficient execution of assessment by providing full support to the assessor
Build deeper knowledge about the Sector Skills council operations scenarios and help in conducting assessments
Prepare daily/Weekly/Monthly reports and share with reporting Manager
Conduct TOA (Training of Assessor) as required
Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal teams and clients to manage accounts.
1+ years of relevant experience (Sourcing/Recruitment).
Ability to perform in stressful & volatile situations
Graduate with excellent communication and analytical Skills
