Need Customer care executive with good written communication skills for chat process

Qualifications:


0-1 year of experience.

Need good written and verbal communication.


Responsibilities:

Helping new customers
choose the right gift for their Birthdays, Anniversaries and special occasions.

Helping existing customers with the status of their orders and grievances.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer Care Executive from a Gifting company: 1 year (preferred)
