  • He will be overall officer in charge of a particular building or area.
  • He will be responsible to ensure all required administrative support and services are provided
to all employees, students and staff in his area of responsibility (AOR).

  • He will be responsible to provide all required administrative support to departments in conduct
of all events and functions in his AOR.

  • He will be responsible to manage all admin staff allotted for services in his AOR.
  • He will ensure cleanliness through HK supervisors and HK staff, security and safety of all
students through the security staff provided, liaise with maintenance department to get all
repairs done, including safety of lifts in his AOR, ensure that all fire equipment provided for
safety are in good conditions and accounted for in his AOR, Ensure no fans or lights are kept on
and class rooms are opened only as per schedule in his AOR. He will take the work through the
allotted key peons and service staff for the same
6 He is responsible for the discipline of the shops in the area and also monitors that no rules of
the institutions are broken in his AOR..
7. keep informed of all the activities in his area to assistant manager and senior Manager, from
time to time.

  • Be ready to shoulder additional responsibilities as directed by his senior manager.
  • Ensure that all resources are used judicially and the requirement of consumables and stores are
raised at appropriate time.

  • Ensure that there is no theft or damage to property in his AOR.
  • He will be the custodian to all the assets including Lifts in his AOR. He will carry out
verification of his assets from time to time and will be responsible to conduct the annual assets
check in compliance to the board ordered by the senior manager.


Salary:
Up to ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
