Job Summary:

The Real Estate Agent will work with clients to rent properties. They will act as the intermediary between buyers and sellers, negotiating deals and providing market expertise to clients. The Real Estate Agent will also conduct property tours, maintain relationships with clients, and be responsible for lease registration.


Responsibilities:


  • Represent clients in real estate transactions, including renting properties
  • Provide market expertise to clients, including information on property values, pricing, and trends
  • Negotiate deals between Tenants & Landlord, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the transaction
  • Conduct property tours and inspections, providing clients with an understanding of the features and benefits of each property
  • Manage client relationships, providing ongoing communication and support throughout the renting process
  • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients, ensuring that all terms are clearly outlined and understood
- maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise of real estate industry trends and regulations.

  • Understanding and using our inhouse lead management software.
Training period: 1-3 months approx

Probation period: 1 month


Requirements:


  • Education: a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales skills: must have strong sales skills to successfully close deals and generate revenue for the firm. This includes the ability to prospect for new clients, negotiate deals, and build relationships with clients.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills are essential & applicants must be able to effectively communicate with clients & colleagues. This includes verbal and written communication skills, as well as active listening skills.
  • Interpersonal skills: must have strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Time management skills: Real estate agents must be able to manage their time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and close deals.
  • Personal Transportation: Must have means to travel for carrying out operations, such as bike or scooty.
  • Long term Association: Must be willing to associate with the company for a long period of time.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a high level of professionalism
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Familiarity with tools and technology, including excel and other tools

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Real estate sales (preferred)
