Organization is leading manufacturing of Crane, Hydraulic and Weighting Scale Manufacturing Industry located at Changodar, Ahmedabad.Required Education:
BE in Mechanical or any Graduate with min 2 to 4 Years Experience in Customer Care Support Profile.
- Responsible for Customer Support Activity.
- Coordinate with Customer for resolve to customer
- Need good proficiency in Word/ Advance Excel/ Tally
- Should be capable to Manage Engineers Daily Planning
- Should be capable to Verify T.A /D.A Vouchers
- Should be capable to Track Engineers Daily Visit (Attended Complain)
- Should be capable to Manage and attend Customer Complaint and allocation
- Should be capable to Manage Back office team (4 to 5 Members)
- Should be flexible for late seating in case of emergency
