Job Title:
Advanced Excel Specialist

Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets, templates, and models to support various departments and functions within the company.
  • Implement advanced Excel functions, formulas, and macros to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand their data requirements and provide customized Excel solutions to meet their needs.
  • Create visually appealing and easytounderstand reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Train and support team members in utilizing advanced Excel techniques and best practices.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest Excel features, tools, and techniques, and proactively recommend improvements to existing processes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Mathematics.
  • Proven experience (X years) as an Advanced Excel Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing complex Excel solutions.
  • Expertlevel proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, VBA/macros, and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to extract insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with other data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
