Minimum 2 years of experinece

Competencies required:
Good Excel knowledge (Vlookup, formatting, pivot tables, etc), Good

Communication Skills (English/Hinglish) Strong negotiation, relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with

suppliers.

Should have managed a team of minimum 2 in the past.

Key Deliverables/KRAManage team to deliver quarter on quarter results and category growth

Monitor and manage inventory levels working closely with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory
Prepare the daily inventory requirement on Excel and share it with the team
Replenishment/damage reconciliation/launching new products/price negotiation.
Monitor relevant reports related to the department.
Ensuring all processes are followed and all internal sheets are always updated
Compare and evaluate prices/offers from vendors/manufacturers
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities, new product ideas, and potential suppliers
Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to ensure the availability

of high-quality products that meet customer expectations and profitability

Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers, fostering partnerships to drive product innovation, quality improvements, and cost efficiencies
Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify gaps, benchmark pricing, and differentiate our product offerings in the market

Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
