JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide leadership and management to software development teams and projects
Consult with client to understand and analyze project scope, project requirements, time, cost, projected benefits
Develop the project plan incorporating the resource, time, and skill level requirements
Provide metrics to management regarding project health, costs, efforts, defects
Monitor the status of the technical resources and tasks
Develop procedures for changing scope and project acceptance procedures
Develop review schedules and acceptance criteria at each phase of the project
Focus on value delivered to the customer, and constantly work with their clientfacing counterparts
Foster an environment conducive to learning and development of skills
Generate more work / get leads for new projects
Technical Skills:
Good understanding of Automotive or Embedded domain would be an added advantage
Familiarity with software engineering, process framework, testability, quality etc.
Understand software architecture
Demonstrated Project Management and Resource

Cherry on the cake if you:

Have experience in Automotive domain, particularly Infotainment and/or Connected Vehicles, Telematics use cases.
Have handled fixed price engagement and/or projects with delivery ownership
Have experience in basic financial management of the project (invoicing, cost planning, gross margins tracking, etc.)
Understand project bid process and overview of various associated financial models
