Do
- _ RESPONSIBILITIES_
- _ Ensure that specific and measurable targets are developed forall IT services _
- _Monitor and improve customer satisfaction with the quality ofservice delivered _
- _Monitor service performance against SLAs _
- _Ensure that IT and the customers have a clear and unambiguousexpectation of the level of service to be delivered _
- _Ensure that proactive measures to improve the levels of servicedelivered are implemented wherever it is cost-justifiable to do so _
- _Determine, document and agree requirements for new services andproduce _SLRs_
- _ Review and revise underpinning agreements and service scope,Produce service reports_
- _KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES_
- _ 8-10 years of service delivery experience_
- _ Knowledge of ITIL Processes knowhow_
- _ Should have good communication skills._
- _ Shows great commitment to the work_
- _ Analytical and problem-solving capabilities_
- _ Strong interpersonal skills, tenacity and flexibility._
- _ Graduate in any discipline_
- _ PMP / GB / BB certification would be preferred_
- _ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint._
