Responsibilities:


  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Biology to postgraduate level students.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with academic standards and objectives.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technologies to facilitate student learning and understanding.
  • Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' knowledge and skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and coordinate interdisciplinary activities.
  • Stay updated on advancements in the field of Biology and integrate relevant content into lessons.
  • Mentor students conducting research projects or pursuing advanced studies in Biology.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress and concerns.

Qualifications:


  • A postgraduate degree (Master's or higher) in Biology or a closely related field.
  • Previous teaching experience at the postgraduate level preferred.
  • Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and improvement.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and a passion for inspiring students in the field of Biology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.

₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
