Target

  • Monthly, weekly plan for customer meets.
  • Ensure existing and New Customer Conversion
  • Lead Generation
  • Follow up on Prospects
  • Execute Sales

Relationship Management

  • Ensure daily meet with Keyperson's (Carpenters, Tile Workers, Alligned industry partners)
  • Keeping live with all the business contacts.
  • Prompt update to all contacts on New Products arrival and Offers.
  • Cold calling activity on live projects.

Product Knowledge

  • Have total knowledge on product, features, advantage and benefits.
  • Knowledge on Product Market & Competition, Cross Selling Techiniques.
  • Various product combination to be advised to customer for inormed decision making.

Planning and Organizing

  • Have a stipulate number of customer every month.
  • Ensure repeat and loyal customer from existing contacts.
  • Breaking down monthly target into weekly and daily target.
  • Make daily, weekly and monthly reports for submission to authorities
  • Ask for Joint call with reporting manager for On the job training support.
  • Report to be prompt for office / Client visit.

People Management

  • Rapport building with interdepartment staff.
  • Self Development and Keeping upto date on the new changes in market field.
  • Rendered superlative customer service resulting in highest customer satisfaction score.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
