- Department : QX Finance & AccountingAble to calculate hours and overtime hours and process timesheets accurately
Proactive, accurate and ability to work on multiple payroll processes/tasks
Processes Client's payroll every pay period
Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering and calculating data
Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
Honours confidentiality of employees' pay records
Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
Skills Required:
Good communications skills (verbal & written)
Proficient in Excel formulas and shortcuts
Good Analytical & logical reasoning skills
Minimum experience of 1 year post qualification.
