    Role Description:

    • We are looking for a Finance Manager experienced in treasury management and banking liaison to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.
    • Responsibilities include managing banking relationships, overseeing treasury functions, and ensuring compliance with loan agreements.

    Salary: 7-9LPA Max

    Responsibilities:

    Banking Liaison:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for all banking relationships.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with banks for services like bank guarantees and letters of credit.

    Treasury Management:

    • Optimize working capital efficiency by managing cash flow.
    • Forecast cash requirements and execute cash management activities.
      • Oversee foreign exchange transactions to mitigate currency risks.

    Compliance Oversight:

    • Ensure compliance with loan agreements and reporting requirements.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary compliance information.
    • Implement controls to mitigate compliance risks.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare timely treasury reports and analyze financial data.
    • Present findings to senior management.
    • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
    • Requirements:
    • Proven experience in treasury management and banking liaison.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets and banking products.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with high accuracy and integrity.
