    Portfolio

    Handlingof specified portfolio by providing services related to LegalDocumentation and Credit Admin activities in CIIB. Working closelywith the Cluster Manager to support for delivery of allactionables.

    Issuanceof sanction letter as per the terms and conditions ofSanction.

    Securitydocumentation

    Issuanceof security documents as per the terms ofsanction.

    Verification

    Verificationof Constitutional documents (MOA Partnership Deed etc.)Authorisations (BR Partnership Letters etc.) for availingfacilities creating security execution of documents and scrutiny ofexecuted documents to ensure properexecution.
    #Capabilityto check the original property documents submitted by the mortgagorat the time of mortgage creation in terms of Mortgage Deed /TSR

    ROC/ CERSAI relatedcompliances

    Ensuringregistration of security charges in favour of the bank whereverapplicable. Also removal of nonrequired charges ifany

    Documentchecking and limitloading

    Ensuringproper execution of documents / compliance with the terms andconditions of sanction and receipt of approvals for deferrals incase of nonsubmission / discrepantdocuments.

    SecurityCreation /Perfection

    Creationof security as approved and getting the security perfected incoordination with client / otherbanks.

    ClientVisits

    Visitingclients office for execution of documents wrt Credit facilitiessanctioned.

    Attendingconsortium meetings for document execution.
    #Discussingwith clients on negotiation in documents and seeking approvalthereof.
    Meeting clients on regular intervals tounderstand their service issues with the bank and getting themresolved with coordination with internalstakeholders.

    Custodian

    Ensuringproper care and safety of documents held in FRFC and complying withthe laid down process / procedure for storage ofdocuments.

    DocumentTracking

    Trackingof documents for receipt; deferral; expiry etc throughsystems

    Closure/trackingofdeferrals

    Ensuringthat deferrals are closed within timelines by arranging necessarydocuments/ approvals.
    Trackingdeferrals for regularization with escalation to the concernedRM/Business under advice to Credit Approvers and monitoring expiryofdocuments.

    Liaison

    WithBusiness Teams Legal; Credit; RMs; CPC Audit Service Providers etcfor timely and quality deliverables by resolution of issues/answeringqueries

    MIS

    Maintainingnecessary MIS for reportingpurposes.

    Projects

    Ensuringcompletion of projects allocated within thetimeframe

    Audit

    Handlingof RBI/Internal/Statutory/Concurrent Auditrequirements.

    Limitclosure

    HandlingClosure of limits and release of securities and issuance of No DuesCertificate
