  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office,

Job Describtion:

Periodically visits our Showroom's & do the auditing, verifying the below accounts activities
:

-
Monitoring all the showroom account activities:


  • Verification of Vouchers and BRS
  • Showroom Ledgers reconciliation
  • Verification of invoices to confirm the correctness of income accounted for by referring to various operations records
  • Verification of cash deposits into the bank account to confirm these are in line with the internal policy of the company,
  • Verification of cash and to report thereon
  • Physical Stock Verification, & Maintaining stock summary.
  • Payment handling for Dealer accounts
  • Handling interbranch transaction verification after the entry
  • Checking Cash payment, Petty Cash Book, Main cash Book, BRS, Purchase, Sales etc.

Education and Experience Requirements:


  • Degree
  • 2+ years Minimum experience in Accounts.

Language:


  • English
  • Good Communication / Above average


  • Tamil

  • Good

Age:


  • Above 22 & Below 3
