Telemarketing Executive - Thane, India - Impulse Digital
Description
Attend Inbound / Outbound Calls / Contact New Client and provide appropriate information about the Service- Set appointments for our sales team
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and followup actions in excel in a clear format.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience as a tele caller or similar.
- Completion of a salesrelated training program is preferred.
- Excellent language proficiency in English and Hindi
- Computer literate.
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and recordkeeping skills
