Inside Sales - SAAS Sales


Full Time - Remote /Work from Home - Chennai

Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

Inside Sales Associate: 2+ Years (specific experience selling SAAS in Indian market)

  • Generate leads by researching potential clients, using social media, and conducting market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and close deals.
  • Update and maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Must have an experience in product demo presentation.
  • Should be comfortable working night shifts.
  • Must be good at Rapport building.
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage customer information.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
