Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide post sales services, assist clients in completing all necessary post sales documentation and ensure all legal and compliance standards are met.
- Coordinate with bank and assist client in loan documentation and process.
- Ensure client satisfaction with their purchases, address and resolve any post sale concerns or issues.
- Gather client feedback to improve future sales strategies and overall customer service.
- Offer and manage additional services such as home improvement, interior design referrals or property management services.
- Maintain detailed records of post-sale interactions and provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and post sales activity.
You will be a good fit, if you have
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Proven work experience in post-sales, preferably in real estate or banking (loan) sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data management.
- Detail-oriented with a capability for problem solving.
Pay:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
