About the Role:

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
You will work directly with their team leads and senior partners to provide feedback on improving support experiences and agent processes.
You will be responsible to handle queries or support potential Etsy sellers with their onboarding.

About You:

You must be a graduate from a recognized University/College.
You have a minimum oneyear sales, technical, product, and/or customer support

experience.

You are a computer savvy (knows their way around an ecommerce platform, able to use a smartphone and laptop)
Impeccable communication and confidence in written interactions (English). You can interject your personality when communicating without sounding unprofessional.
A positive and "people first" attitude. You take on new challenges with a smile, even under pressure.
Experience with support software and CRM tools would be preferred.
Confidence in user education and sales.

5 days (2 days offs )

Timings:

- (Rotational as per process)

CTC- 25K salary plus additional benefit in the form of Overtime Bonus/Incentives (based on the performance) and Night allowances.
