About the CEO and Co-Founder:

Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing.

Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.


About the job:


Responsibilities:


  • Endtoend online channel handling (Ecommerce / Website)
  • Liaising with client counterparts for the respective channel
  • Own complete supply part to ensure 100% PO fulfilment
  • Ensuring platform hygiene
  • Creating and maintaining rich content for products, ensuring reviews & ratings on the listings, etc.
  • Leveraging platform's marketing tools to plan marketing activation's & optimise ROI for spends basis impressions, CTR and conversions
  • Designing and executing specific promotions & offers on the platform
  • Building & executing growth strategies on the platform
  • Build crossfunctional partnerships internally with operations, supply chain, logistics and brand for effective deployment of plans

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's/PG degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Requirements:


  • Experience in Ecommerce is preferable
  • Experience with Ecommerce marketing and digital sales drivers will be an added advantage
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
